Well I submitted a review after a disappointing experience with an order where two bottles leaked in transit. Univar said I would be contacted to resolve it after they read the review. I’d already tried ringing and didn’t get though. I sent an email and got a confirmation saying they would get back to me. It’s now been 6 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. Even allowing for the current COVID situation I can’t comprehend a company can’t get back to a customer who’s had a bad experience within a month and a half! Hence me changing my rating to one star.
