Took a printer under contract. Machine provided was second hand, prone to faults and unable to cope with the slightest out-of-the-ordinary request. Customer service from company was appalling, failed to rectify complaints, would not answer phone, failed to respond to email and wanted to remain anonymous throughout. Definitely one to avoid.
