Was advised the items purchased online were out of stock. Via email was given the option to wait for stock to arrive (approx.one month) or a refund. Asked for a refund. After endless phoning (phone never answered), emails and contact through their Facebook page no refund was provided. Went through my bank for Chargeback to obtain my money back. Would avoid like the plague!!!
