Awful working procedures from a customer stand point, quoted me on insurance and didn't tell me until after they had taken payment that they would have to change the policy and tried to get another £350 when I said this wasnt the agreed amount and that I didn't want to pay the extra they kept delaying for 4 days and now have told me I have to wait 30 days and lose 80 quid. Lady I dealt with was pleasant enough then process was just poor. If you want to be customer friendly you should not take payment until verification is done so customers know exactly what they are paying.
