This company is a joke. Took £330 for an upfront payment before they review any part of the application. They Rang me the next day to confirm details, said I Failed my insurance application by 1 point. Then said I will be charged £75 for the cancellation! And It will take upto 30 days to return my money even thought it took them seconds to take it. I cannot imagine how many people they have done this to. It’s absolutely disgusting!
