I got a quote through confused.com and I accepted it. I paid the insurance in full for the year, two days later I had an email to phone them which is when they wanted to offer me third party, fire and theft but I had paid for full comp. They then said if I wanted to keep fully comp I would have to pay an extra £200, hearing this I asked them to cancel my insurance and refund me which they said would take 7 days but in yet to receive my refund. After seeing this I have looked at their reviews and see this is a common issue with this company
