Awful customer service. They take deposit without covering the vehicle. Information is passed on from comparison website to there website prefilled when corrected they blame us. So I was without valid insurance for over 2 day. Called several times and kept getting fobbed of its with the underwriters. Then they have the cheek to charge me £125 avoid at all costs.
