I made an online booking, received a confirmation message followed by a later message to say the tyre delivery (to F1 at Crewe) was delayed, I responded to the message with an alternative fitting date but didn't receive a response, after further failed attempts to arrange a new fitting appointment I cancelled the order. I placed an order at another fitting centre (F1 at Chester), arrived on time(08:30) only to be told that their 'tyre machine' was broken. I knew (from another custiomer) their 'tyre machine' was 'broken' the previous day. I asked why they hadn't let me know before making the trip to them only to be met with a shrug of the shoulders & a heavenward gaze (possibly for inspiration for a suitable answer). I left the fitting centre and received a phone call at 08:45 saying their machine was broken! 'Tyre Savings' may be OK, I wish I could tell! You could make a small saving on other online prices, I suspect they need to choose their fitting 'partners' better if their business isn't to be impacted.
