The quality and delivery were very good but the engraving was not as we had requested. The site stated that it would be engraved exactly as we had put it on the internet onto the plaque. We had put the required wording at the top of the plaque to allow for future names to go below but the engraving actually came centred in the middle of the plaque, not as requested.
