My case Manager Marta was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was so incredibly helpful in every part of the inheritance claim process, remaining professional, but empathetic at all times. She went above, and beyond my expectations on one occasion. I admit that I had my reservations when I was first contacted by Treethorpe, but honestly, it's nothing to be worried about. The claim process takes time (in my instance) but there's not too much input expected from the claimant. Yes the fee's are high, but hey, it's free money and without these guys; I would never have known about the inheritance. I would definitely recommend them.
