We have just booked a trip to Costa Rica next February. We have had AMAZING service from TravelLocal via their local agent in Costa Rica. Mariana was able to accommodate our requests and make recommendations to add value to our trip. We were able to email back and forth despite the time differences and she responded immediately the next day. We were very particular about some aspects of our trip and she was able to arrange these. We stumbled across TravelLocal on the internet and I love the idea of supporting local agents and communities in their own countries. But its a win:win because the local agents know their country far better than an anonymous agent sitting in an office in the UK so we learnt of things to do and places to go that we hadn't even thought of. I would definitely (in fact I already have) recommend TravelLocal to others.
