I found an advert for Travel Local in my Wanderlust magazine and decided to give them a go as we were planning to visit a friend in Hong Kong and wanted to add on another country in Asia and Laos was our choice. Making our request was easy and the replies from the travel agency in Laos were always prompt which was much appreciated. All of my questions were answered about visas. Luckily there was a range of possible itineraries already on Travel Local’s website so it was easy to pick what we were wanted to see. We’ve arranged a tour guide, transportation, hotels, excursions for our group of 3, paid the deposit which was easy to do on the website and the total cost came out much cheaper than anywhere else. International flights are not included but that worked in our favour as we are also going to HK. You still have ABTA protection which gives peace of mind. Now all we have to do is wait to go on our trip!
