They are difficult to get hold of and do not answer the questions asked when trying to resolve an issue. Very unhappy with travel republic. Have booked with them for years. However will never use again.
I actually asked what is there complaints procedures and who do I complain to is dissatisfied with their response. They refused to answer this question abd totally ignored it.
