Ordered at weekend and delivered on Tuesday. Emailed the time of delivery beforehand and it was accurate. So well done on that and it was very well packaged.
Regarding chainsaw my husband struggled to put it together (still not done actually)! I found the instructions to show how rather small and rather faint. These need to be much bigger eg on an A4 size and darker do you can see where things are to go. Obviously haven't used it yet as it is not put together. I am sure he will have another go at weekend.
