Toxicfox strikes again! Ordered 1 item 22 November and I am still waiting and wondering if I will get my order on time. I am not happy that you are still promoting discounts for Christmas orders, saying they will still be delivered in time for Christmas when you can't even satisfy your November orders. You did this last year as well. I haven't had my credit card statement through yet but I have a feeling that you will have taken the money for this order. I understand that Christmas is a busy time but I am fuming that you are still pushing for orders on your website with one week to go. This is obviously a badly managed company and greedy!
