Posted a review earlier and didn't realise this was the only area to fill in so I felt the need to expand on my short review previously- From the start TQS were quick to respond to my enquiry and carried out two no obligation site surveys with no pressure on placing the order. The design of my automated gate and two matching railings was very bespoke and after some modifications over a few weeks and excellent drawings I placed the order. After some initial teething issues with the excellent new DEA control system my installation is finished today. Great people, product and service. At all times TQS kept me informed of timescales and always arrived when they said they would. The installation now looks a real part of the property, giving us security and peace of mind I am sure for many years to come. Thank you to Phil, Lee and the TQS team, we are really pleased with the end result and will make sure we pass your details on to our family and friends.
