Nice and friendly plumber but a lot of it was guesswork and time wasted on silly things which then went over the basic hour rate. Paid £103 for an hours and half worth of work for a leaky shower. The trouble persisted so when I contacted customer services I was told it would be treated as a new issue so same cost applies. Understandably I felt ripped off and wanted to speak to a senior. They refused to give me the manager's name and said they would request for the manager to call back but nope nothing...
From my experience I wouldn't recommend.
