Very pleased with the speed of processing. It arrived the day after booking as promised on the website. However, the courier decided to deliver about 3 hrs before the scheduled time. I was out, so it was lucky that my next door neighbour was in. The note the courier left to say it was next door did not show the delivery time.
Also, the parcel was damaged, but fortunately the product was not affected.
