Aftersales and ongoing customer service is appalling.
The company did some damp course work for us in 2008. The course has failed and we want to claim on the warranty.
They are going out of their way to not honour the work.
Ironically, it was about £300 worth of work. We now want more damp proofing, about £1500.00 worth or work which we were prepared to offer to them whilst they sorted out the initial issue.
