I called Timberwise with a dry rot problem in my dining room. Spoke to Jenna who arranged for Matt Hargrove to call the next day. Matt, surveyor, arrived on time, communicated well. Work was done by Neil (exposure and treatment) and Steve (plasterer) both arrived on time, were polite, friendly. work was neat and tidy, waste was taken away. Price was expensive but what we expected. From my experience I would recommend Timberwise.
