No problem with the work they carried out
However, when I asked to obtain a duplicate copy of invoice & report I was charged £55 + VAT
This is for essentially forwarding an email & printing & posting a letter
I will not be using their services again
I will also now stop recommending them
(In the last 12 months I’ve passed their number onto clients several times)
