Having found we had a serious dry rot problem, we are pleased we made contact with Timberwise who, from the start with the visit of surveyor Michael Horton, through the diagnosis and remedial work carried out by the team of professionals, through to the completion of the works, we were kept informed by all the team and production controller Connie Copsey. Very reassuring at all times and special mention of the first class standard of work by Dave Knott who spent many days with us without causing any inconvenience to us and left the premises each day in a liveable state despite the loss of our kitchen. Stressful time made much easier by the whole Timberwise team. Job done with our thanks.
