From requesting a survey to completion of the work the communication from the Timberwise team was excellent.
The roof treatment was not straight-forward due to the possibility of bats being present, but they liaised with the Bat Trust and followed their recommendations.
The treatment was carried out in a timely manner and the loft space was left as it was found with no mess in the house.
