The surveyor was very knowledgeable and reassuring about what we thought may be a major woodworm issue. He gave a detailed examination and report and, even though he said we probably didn't have a current problem, we decided to have the house treated anyway. The engineer who came was very friendly and thorough, and cleaned up after himself. All in all, a good result from a good company.
