I had Timberwise booked to do a timber and damp proof course survey and quote before I purchased a property. Rachel was amazing holding a slot for me while I mucked her about trying to negotiated access with the estate agents. In the end, I chose not to purchase the property but I would use Timberwise in the future because they were so accommodating.
