Initial survey by Alan was thorough and gave a realistic idea of the work needed. Alan helped me to arrange work needed prior to the damp work. Booking the work in was managed efficiently. Ryan, who did the actual work, arrived promptly at the planned time explained what he would be doing and was polite and courteous at all times. The work was completed within the estimated time and the area was left tidy afterwards.
