This is the second time I have used Timberwise for wood worm( not in the same house) I am very happy with the service I have received from Timberwise, from the initial enquiry, the survey through to the work for woodworm . The office staff have been very accomodating with having to change dates due to lockdown. My questions and queries have been dealt with very well. The process of spraying the flooring was completed today. Ryan K ,who completed the work today was polite, kept me informed about the process and when I would be able to return into my home. Everything was left tidy and clean. I am very happy with the service I have received from Timberwise and would recommend them.
