Whenever I have used ticket arena, i have encountered problems. Mainly when getting a refund from ‘drinks vouchers/wristbands’ every time it tells me my email account is already registered, so I reset the password, then it says I can’t use my bank details because they’re registered already. Took months and months to get a refund. Finally got refund when I stated that I was giving up and requested an email address for who to write a formal complaint to.
