I ordered a small bookcase in February which should have been delivered in 2 - 3 weeks. They took my money out on the 14th February. Have tried phoning - goes straight to voicemail. Have emailed several times. Email does not bounce back but had no replies. Have now put the matter in the hands of my credit company. I now notice that the site is down for maintenance (very likely) I bought from the site as it was supposed to be a trusted site. Will be contacting police as I think this is a case of blatant fraud.
