The TEFL Academy course was a great way to achieve the TEFL qualification. I feel that a wide variety of topics were covered in the ten units. The assignments also provided practical examples for me to see what the lessons I'll be teaching will look like. The moderators that marked the assignments also made sure to point out where my mistakes were so that I could correct them and resubmit. The customer service department also had great and speedy service.
