There was no hard sell: he simply shared his knowledge with us so we had a realistic idea about what to expect. He emailed through a detailed and clear report/quote with the costs for the options we discussed without delay. Then, the team who came to install our new bespoke wooden double-glazed sash windows were very professional and did a great job, including tidying up and answering the odd query we had. Our new windows look very elegant. The craftsmanship is superb, they are very solid and secure, beautifully balanced, and the reduction in noise is noticeable.
