Ordered, paid, processed smoothly. New V5 received promptly; it was going so well. Plates arrived very quickly, I was very impressed. However, there was an incorrect letter on the plates. Sorry guys, gutted. Very disappointed to say the least. Resolved quickly, but damage done.
