I contacted the Money Hub to deal with a difficult remortgage, and a meeting was scheduled with Matt Wiseman. He was thorough, professional, and direct, which I appreciated, and despite a damaged credit rating and overseas income, he was the only professional to give me the confidence to pursue an application. Despite a few bumps in the road, the application progressed, Matt stepping in at one point to iron out a rather large obstacle and keep the ball rolling and an offer was finally issued! I dealt mainly with Sonia after this. She was extremely professional and efficient throughout. In fact, Sonia went above and beyond, supporting me through the entire process, answering/dealing with questions and queries with lightning speed and at the same time demonstrating sensitivity to the stress which arises during such a time. I cannot thank the Money Hub team enough. They managed the entire process from start to finish outstandingly and achieved what I had begun to think was the impossible prior to approaching them. I would not hesitate to recommend their excellent service and would approach them to manage any financial situation again in the future. Special mention to Charlie for his personality and upbeat attitude. When you are calling a company multiple times, it’s easy to feel like just ‘a voice on the phone’ but his attitude ensured that wasn’t the case, and it really made a huge difference at such a tumultuous time.
