“good service, couldn’t get through on the phone for ages though - so it would be hard to get post sales support - I bought an iphone which I set next to the old one to transfer data, unfortunately it got stuck for hours on "updating software" (it automatically did thjat, no option not to) - a lot of googling and connecting to a mac fixed it, but it would have been nice if it had the software installed at sale, as you know iOS had been infiltrated recently hence the rushed out updates.”
