Ordered a pallet of 16 sleepers, largely chosen for price and convenience as delivery was included. Very happy overall delivery was within the 6 days quoted and the freight company was easy to deal with to arrange a suitable date. A couple of the sleepers had what I would consider to be excessive chunks missing from them but overall they were largely what I expected, big, chunky, weighty blocks of wood out of which I've crafted a lovely retaining wall. My only other small criticism would be that after my order confirmation I received no communication whatsoever about despatch or delivery from the company, the first I knew my delivery was ready was when the freight company called me. The online order tracking never progressed from order being prepared and then just mysteriously stopped showing any status at all. I would use this company again but it would be good if they sorted their order tracking out.
