The order process is fine. However delivery might be possible to improve. Again, the truck used was too big to turn round in my drive, it had to block the road to unload the crate, the crate seems unstable on the truck whilst the driver tried to manoeuvre it on to the tail lift and he thought so as well considering the amount of grumbling ! The crate was unloaded successfully but in the middle of my gateway. We had to empty the crate immediately to keep access to our house. All that is needed is a small truck with a tail lift. It has been done in the past.
