The process of ordering was easy enough. The delivery wasn't. Chaotic, no account of the challenges of the delivery and very difficult to get hold of anyone to organise a sensible delivery plan. It has made me think twice and more about using or recommending The Luxury Wood Company to anyone else.
A shame as the wood itself is obviously of a high quality, but there are clearly issues to resolve.
