Excellent service when ordering the glasses arrived safely and correctly engraved,but a shame that these were not in individual boxes as in the first time I ordered from you,it now means they are too fragile to give as a present without me having to purchase additional protection and thus I have not saved the £6 you so kindly deducted from my order as a special discount!!
