Very hard to get Bottarga in this country. Mine arrived from Fish Society packed in cold packaging to preserve freshness and that evening I was grating it over pasta. Excellent service. Just make sure you're around to pick up your delivery and get it to a cold place. This would apply even more so with fresh fish. I'd certainly use this service again.
