Been with A&A for some now and I find the service spot on, I arrange over the phone which takes some time but I do expect that. This year was a let down, I relise that not all information can be given overy the phone but when I am told that only I am needed to send information back to yourself's in this case lience copies, and I really needed to send ALL drivers on the policy and was not told, this might not be a problem to some but was a inconvenience at the time. Plus It cost extra to put my father on the policy I was told!! so when I decided to take him off even before the policy had started no refund was not even mention!!! It was not alot but it might of been good service to mention!!!. I think my next renewal will be with some one else.
