This is the first time of using Temple Knight and found them on the internet. They had a quick response and sent out a lovely engineer, Novac, who was very cheerful, professional and totally informative of what was wrong with the printer and why. He explained the next step, re quotation before replacing parts and was very helpful. A very reasonable call out charge for the length of time he was here.
