I had spoken to tefl a while ago about my 50 pound refund as I was not in a financial situation to start the course as I had been kicked out of my house and pretty much homeless so that 50 pounds was vital but they said it's not refundable....its a waste of money as I can't do the course or even go to London for the classroom days I hate tefl for keeping my money like that and not caring and how rude the manger was. They have kept money from someone who isn't doing the course or going to the classroom days so thet just got free money and I got no goods Hate tefl hate them hate them
