I’ve been very impressed with the design of the GrandPad. It has been well thought out and is very easy to use. The support system also seems very user friendly. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the monthly fees are quite expensive but I suppose the support staff have to be paid. I bought it for my cousin who has dementia and she is struggling a bit unless she has someone with her but with a bit more practice I’m hoping she will get more confident with it.
