This is the second member of our family we have purchased a Gandpad for. In comparison to other systems claiming to be simple and easy to use, this one appears to be the best, simplest, and the most value for money. Not only that, the after sales service has been unbelievable amazing, this is such a refreshing change, to the usual shambles of many other companies after sales service. The GrandPad team actually make you feel like they care, and want to be involved in a brilliant product. My parents have been pretty non techno throughout, but since having this GrandPad they think it’s amazing, and simplicity has been the name of the game. We are totally happy with this product, and as we have purchased two for separate family members, I would have no reason not to highly recommend this product. Just brilliant.
