The Grandpad device itself works well, is very well thought out, is easy to set up, and is very simple to use. All phone calls I made during purchase and setup were answered immediately by real people who were well informed and thus able to answer almost all my questions straightaway. For the few they couldn't they immediately undertook to find out the answers and got back to me without delay. What a contrast to the automated answering machines, annoying music, half-baked answers, fluff and flannel, and unsolicited sales pressure that most companies provide!
