I was first impressed with Tech Silver when I played Miles's video about the Monster 2 keyboard. So many reviews are long-winded and self-indulgent, but Miles wasted no time waffling, he just got across everything that needed to be said about the keyboard. After it arrived, and I had a problem setting it up (my laptop being at fault, not the keyboard) I saw I could get it cheaper on Amazon, but Miles was so helpful that I realised going cheaper meant going without that personal touch when I needed it. Tech Silver may be a modern Internet company but it delivers old-fashioned corner shop customer service that I thought was dead and buried, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
