I ordered a GPS tracker for my mother and it arrived very quickly. The tracker was set up by TechSilver before it was shipped so it was ready to use after I had charged it.
The instructions for charging and using the tracker are provided in a TechSilver video that was given as a link in an email. There is a companion smartphone app that needs to be installed to allow the device to be tracked, and all of this was explained very clearly in the video.
All in all, I am very happy with the product and the service that I have received.
