I spoke with Technoworld re pricing and they put me off the competition, telling me they supply European stock, not UK stock. I placed the order, which arrived a few days later, only to find my new monitor was delivered with a European plug, and no UK plug, and the warranty booklet referenced a Turkish website and a Turkish telephone number for support. Very disappointing. They did then work with me to send the missing cables and ensure I had a full UK warranty which is why I have changed the review from 'poor' to 'acceptable', but overall a frustrating experience. I was even asked to ring Dell to request the missing cables... Dell then told me the that they wouldn't deal with me direct because I'd purchased through a retailer and not direct with them, so it would need to be the retailer ringing to resolve any issues. I should not have had to spend the amount I did ringing round trying to get a UK plug for my new equipment!
