“Used CLS Money when I was having trouble getting a mortgage 5 years back. Just had the joy of using them to do my remortgage to a new provider. They make all of it so simple and hold your hand through it all. I cannot recommend them enough. Their staff are always friendly and willing to even listen patiently to an old wind bag like me!”

“We have being using CLS for over 10 years now, 1st mortgage, then a buy to let mortgage and mortgage on new house . Always brilliant service and offer best products available and make it so smooth with minimal paperwork . On top of this really helped drive a sale through and pushed solicitors and estate agent. “We can’t thank CLS enough! We originally used a free broker who messed us around for 2 weeks delaying our buying process, we feared we would have to give up the house we put an offer in for until I found this company. I can’t thank Charlie enough for all the help and advice he had given us, from the start we were reassured we would have options available to us. Charlie was super polite and settled any doubts we had. Within 2 weeks our mortgage was approved and we are so much closer to moving into our new home! “Due to a change in circumstance just before Christmas 2023, I needed a specialist mortgage to buy the house I was living in that wasn't possible via traditional mortgage application methods. CLS Money were quick to get me an offer, managed the whole application process and when a last minute hitch meant I'd need a new mortgage, they were on the case as quick as a cheetah, and turned it all around in record time. Communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way, and here I am the day after completion on the property writing this review. Special mention regarding the app - this was a godsend, being able to send messages, upload documents and sign documents made the process so simple. Thank you Frankie and Amy!”
