She organised a fantastic tour between Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zanzibar booking for us stunning accommodation and all the transfers needed. Everything absolutely perfect, from extra welcoming stuff, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, honestly we could have asked for more. Even when our outbound was cancelled because of a technical problem, Sam was very efficient on resolving the situation and she made sure everything was re-arranged for us.
